- Handles all day-to-day HR and employee related deliverables

Premium Signature Package
- Sr. HR Director Consultant and HR Specialist
- 50 hours per month/ 4 regular monthly onsite visits
- HR Initiatives, recruiting & onboarding, organizational changes, performance management, policy changes, employee relations, and separations

Elite Signature Package
- Assigned Sr. HR Leader, HR Manager and/or HR Generalist
